Yes, we do returns and refunds on all items. Please contact us here if you decide to return your order. 

 

Do I need a receipt or tracking number to return an order?

Yes, you need to show proof of the receipt or tracking number associated with your order.

 

What to do if my order is damaged or broken upon receipt? 

We advice customers experienceing this issue to take a photo and describe exactly why (any flaw and/or fault) it is you desire to report in clear details and send it to us here. We will respond with 1-5 business days.

 

How soon should I return my order if I notice a flaw or isn't satisfied with it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you desire to return your order. If it is your order has been delivered beyond 15 days, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you a refund on your order.
